Bromyard is an historic market town in Herefordshire esconced in beautiful countryside. The surrounding area is particularly noted as a centre for hop growing (my brother-in-law is a hop farmer) and there are over 4,000 acres in the county, mainly in the Bromyard and Ledbury area. Norman churches poke out between wiry forests, pre-spring leafless skeletons.
I am here for 12 days or so with my family and will post some pics of the surrounding countryside. My transport is limited so a few early rises on foot to capture the morning light should reap some decent shots. Soon, soon.
